About Me

Yasser Rodriguez MD, MBA

Founder and CEO

Dr. Yasser Rodriguez is a Harvard-trained cardiac electrophysiologist and a distinguished physician entrepreneur. He has made significant contributions to the field, evidenced by his over 30 peer-reviewed publications, book chapters, abstracts, and articles. Recently, he was recognized as an emerging leader in electrophysiology by Medtronic, an honor awarded to only 16 electrophysiologists nationwide each year. Driven by his dual passions, Dr. Rodriguez pursued and attained a Master's in Business Administration to complement his medical expertise.

Our Featured Project

McDonough Project

The McDonough project closed in 2024. It is a 240 unit multi-family apartment complex that was built in 1997. The average rent is $1,408 with a current 95% occupancy rate. Purchased from a motivated seller, there was little to no deferred maintenance. There is a layered value-add strategy over the next several years. The target exit is 5 years.

At Cardia Real Estate Investments, we prioritize class A, B, and C multifamily properties in high-growth markets. We focus on assets located in submarkets with strong fundamentals, including significant population growth and job growth, in tax-friendly, landlord-friendly states.
